Garden Competition

Welcome to Community Lives Consortium's first Garden Competition, there are 4 categories:

1. Prettiest Garden – design, fountains, garden ornaments, paths, gazebos and flowers.

2. Grow your own veg – this can be in a plot, small beds, tubs or window boxes.

3. Most improved garden - this excludes any work done by the Workshop and must be accompanied by ‘before’ photos or videos.

4. Special effort – this is for someone who has put special effort into the garden for example planned the garden, planted a window box, tub or spectacular plant, something which might not be covered under the other categories. 

The gardening must be work done by a tenant. Staff members are allowed to support an individual.

There will be prizes for the best of each category. (Prizes to be confirmed.)

Please send photos or videos to Julie by 25th July either by posting them to Community Lives Consortium, 24 Walter Road, Swansea, SA1 5NN or by email (click here).

After that date we will look at the entries and let the winners know within 2 weeks. Each judge will visit the winner of their specific category and the judges are:

Julie Davies from Wellies R Us

Now the rules are out of the way we are thrilled with the response we have had and wish everyone the best of luck.
