Accident Recording Changes - Managers Remedial Action Form Please follow the link above for the new Managers Remedial Action form that is to be used from 1st April 2012 instead of the Accident and Dangerous Occurrences Report Form. The new form is to be used along with the Accident Record Book (Blue and Yellow book issued from HSE). Click here for Guidelines on how to complete the form. Stress Management Competency Indicator Tool Follow this link which will enable you to access the Stress Managmenet Competency Indicator Tool. This is a tool which allows managers to assess the extent to which they currently have the behaviours identified as effective for preventing and reducing stress at work; its aim is to help managers reflect on their behaviour and management style.
