Reporting Repairs
My name is Margaret Cowap I am the Housing Support Co-ordinator in Network 2.
I would like to give you an update on our strategy for supporting tenants to report repairs.
Housing Support Co-ordinators work with Service Co-ordinators to identify tenants who could be supported at whatever level they would feel comfortable with.
Tenant Participation ranges from being with support staff when repairs are identified and reported, to taking an active role in contacting Registered Social Landlords and sometimes taking the lead.
I would like to introduce Sean and his co tenants Stuart and Karen who show you how they manage the reporting procedure in their house.

My name is Sean, I live in Heol Islwyn. I spotted a cracked tile on the roof so I reported it to the Landlord.
I am phoning to tell the staff to report it to the Landlord. After I phoned, I am sending an email to the Landlord about the cracked tile on the roof.
I showed them the cracked tile and they are going to do the repair.
